Qdoba Mexican Eats - Saint Charles

I enjoy Qdoba, but this particular location was disappointing. It feels poorly managed; half of the soda machine and both iced tea dispensers were empty, so the drinks we ended up with were just water. There was a table cluttered with vegetables and a garbage can right beside it, suggesting that someone had made a mess and left it in the seating area. Additionally, several light bulbs were out, making the place look uninviting.

The employee who prepared our order was very friendly, although it seemed easy to be distracted and it took a little time to prepare two bowls. They needed more Queso and they poured a fresh bag into the old pan, which looked questionably rough. Personally, it takes care of how often they change their pans and when old product is constantly mixed with new ones. The steak was very chewing and overboiled, but the rest was good.

Since they called 3 people, a person went home sick, there were only 2 people working and the line was at the door. Kudos to these 2 people for a friendly stay, service was phenomenal and the food is great. Thank you.

A bit chaotic. Mostly newer employees. A long line. Out of a couple items at the time. All of this would usually be a disaster waiting to happen. A younger lady took control, was firm but very polite, and made the experience efficient and pleasant. And when they had more peppers come out she made sure my girlfriend and I got some! Sounds simple and maybe a bit silly?.but those things go a long way sometimes! Thanks!!! (Food was delicious as well)

I'd give this place if I could. Two people work today during the lunch break, one in the register and one make the food. You never work enough people even though and online orders are not ready in time. Today they had no records about my online order printing the machine empty tickets. No time to wait for the incompetent workers to find out things. Must write down names and numbers in hopes, someone will call me to process the refund, doubtful it will happen, so most likely need to contact companies. Not sure why I keep giving this place third and fourth chances! Shame on me!
