5 stars for Panera! I ordered a panini and a quinoa bowl for lunch tomorrow. When I got to my car, I realized that they thought I wanted a "You Pick 2" and only gave me one half of a panini. I went back inside to ask about it, and luckily the manager overheard. I mentioned that if I hadn't paid for it, it was no big deal. But the manager insisted on making me the other half and even threw in a bag of chips. Now that’s what I call customer service. Thank you!
St. Charles Panera is amazing! My Apple Pay wasn't working, and they generously covered my meal. It was completely unnecessary, but I really appreciated it. Thank you!
Haven’t been to Panera for a while. Liked their 2 for combo idea. Service was excellent. Santa Fe salad was great.
They have the nicest hard working people at the Panera in St. Charles!! :
