Hardee's - Saint Charles

This Hardee's has been through quite a bit in recent years. While they weren't open on Sundays, there were concerns about the accuracy of their orders. However, they're now back to their previous hours, which is a big improvement. Our food was fresh, our orders were accurate, and the staff was friendly. We've been ordering from there regularly ever since. It's wonderful to see Hardee's returning to its former glory!

Absolutely horrible service not a single employee cares. Tried to charge over $4 for a cup of water. They refused to refund my money. Had to threaten contacting police to get them to refund my money. Went to Jack in the Box and they gave X large water at no cost.

Stood at counter for 10 minutes and didn't get waited on? I was the only one in there. One guy I could see in back cooking somebody's food? Place was dirty. Made a complaint to corporate 2 months ago about the same thing. I thought maybe I would try again an see if any changes happened. Nope guess they really just don't care. See ya. Update.. 5 years later. Tried again an the place is still a dump. No change to this place after all these years.

Stopped in for breakfast. Quick service, hot food, fairly greasy, but I guess thats part of being fast food.

Drive thru employee was rude AF and all red burrito items were “currently unavailable “ my burger combo was def not fresh
