Cafe Lions - Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne

This cafe bar is definitely the best place for lunch in St Cezaire at the current time. We enjoyed the 'formule ' of a gorgeous veal stew followed by a chestnut creme brûlée with a glass of rose for around 15€ whilst seated in the sun in the garden at the rear. The menu is exactly what the french do so well just a few freshly cooked options each day.

With no great expectations we stopped for lunch at the Café Lions having spent an interesting morning touring the small town of Saint Cézaire sur Siange near Grasse, Provence, France. We enjoyed our traditional French lunch fare with one ‘formule’ two course lunch with a glass of wine for €14 and the other order a plat du jour Steak and frites for €15.50. Nice surroundings in a charming village, very welcoming staff and a quiet location on a warm Autumn afternoon made this a very enjoyable lunch stop.

Excellent place to eat in Saint-Cézaire!

Perfect for drinking a glass on the terrace, enjoying the sweetness of living of Saint Cezaire. Do not hesitate to eat there, small terrace in the back very nice and just delicious dishes! Staff and boss at the top A nice place to discover, I recommend!

Very good restaurant, not too expensive! Evenings with concerts are great
