Superb food freshly cooked and quickly served. 4 courses (homemade soup, salad, main, dessert with mint tea) for 16 Dinar (Oct 2018) is good value. Fethi the owner and his team always give a big friendly welcome at this spotlessly clean restaurant. One of Tunisia's best, tucked away in this small village of Sahline, but easily reached by local train from Monastir or Sousse (station: Sahline Sebkha).
