Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Saginaw

The food at this restaurant is good, but the service is extremely inconsistent. I have recently stopped going due to consistently long wait times of 30-40 minutes. I placed my order 20 minutes before arriving, then waited 20 minutes in line behind 4 cars to reach the order phone, followed by 10 more minutes before anyone offered to help me. Finally, I waited an additional 20 minutes because my food was not prepared. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing issue since the restaurant opened and is not just a result of COVID-19. While not all stalls have this problem, this particular location is poorly managed and run. I cannot justify spending an hour waiting for 3 chicken kebabs and fries, and I would not recommend anyone else to dine at this restaurant.

Ya'll play me. everything except the pops went into the müll and I had a missing object. eating was cold and hard as if it was sitting there. don't come back. use them to be good.

Great job life is hot fast and they were friendly. a couple of months ago we had to wait forever and now we were in and out of the car thru in minutes. they have a new gm that places this place for the better

Popeye probably has the best huh. but everyone I have visited with him in the last 6 months is always from a third of the menu and it does not play any roles that I get there. I don't know if it's a money problem they can't afford to get a full day of customers, or what the problem is. the service was also slow seem to be many inexperienced employees working in all their locations.

Im not sure what is going on with this location but food never comes out hot and fresh and there is always an item missing each and every time. I tried this place multiple times of course they have to cook the food so they will have extra long lines but for you to wait in line for over a half an hour just for some food to be coming out cold and on top of that have an item missing it's unacceptable. The food taste bland and I'm not sure if it's just a Saginaw thing but other locations I've tried actually had way better quality of chicken.
