Went to the drive thru today. They informed me that they were working on a large order and short staffed so it'd be a 10-15 minute wait. Ordered a med club on a sub and a cherry limeade. Ended up getting a Philly instead. The Philly was great and I'd been wanting to try it, lol, but, its not what I ordered. The cashier was friendly even under pressure. Firehouse is one my favorites. They're consistently good, and the points add up quickly to some nice rewards. Today was the first time I've ever had an issue, and honestly, I'm not mad at all.

I. Am. Addicted. I love the subs from this place. I wish it wasn?t drive through only, but the wait is always worth it for me. I highly recommend the Italian or Steak n Cheese. They have gluten free buns available. The mediums are big enough to fill me for the night, but larges leave leftovers which taste great warmed up. I also need to know what they do with their pickles, because I crave these specific pickles every night.
