Charleys Cheesesteaks - Saginaw

Good food... always hot. The lobby needed a lil cleaning... helpful staff. To eat one of my favorite places.

Really enjoyed this tasty Philly Cheesesteak (sub). Hadn't been there in a while before today. Still good...

Took longer to get it then the drive home, sandwich was good.

Very slow, ordered 2 subs and waited over 30 minutes. The food was decent

Food was great but we will be looking for a different location to go to from now how. This location was nasty. The tables were not clean. Every single table was dirty and I don't mean a wrapper it was smeared with food like they used a dirty towel to wipe the tables. Then we went to get our drinks and the pop station was so gross. Mold in the ice chute, looked like it hadn't been cleaned or sanitized in months. Everything had a coating of syrup from the pop. I tried 2 different sodas and they both had a nasty taste you could taste how uncleaned the machine was. Now onto the bathroom that was gross also. I had to take pictures because I couldn't believe how high the trash was in the trash can. I was scared to even wash my hands. Seriously dont know who is the manager of this establishment but I would be embarrassed if I was the owner and had this manager represented me and my company. We were the second order for the day and it was about 11am. I almost wanted to apply for a job at this store just so I could come in and clean this place. No joke. Couldn't understand why the trash cans in the lobby were so full since we were the second ones to dine in. This was our first time trying Charley's but I won't come back here. Worries me because with the way this place looked I can't imagine when the last time the grill or vats were cleaned or if the products were expired or even dated for that matter. But anyways that's our experience. Terrible one
