Good Time's Pizza Saginaw

I never post reviews . But the manager on duty was unbelievably rude . Didn’t get the pizza delivered , when i called she said don’t know why the driver would lie to me!!!! I worked retail for 15 yrs , mistake happens … apologize and rectify… but she was trying to put the blame on me!!! Unbelievable !!!

Good times is pretty good and reasonably priced in my experience.

My husband and I get pizza from good times a few times each month. Tonight we ordered two pizzas one regular and one double decker. After driving home we realized that we got 2 regular pizzas. We spent over $40 and tipped. I called and spoke to the manager and he said that he would only rectify the situation if we drove all of the way back into town and returned the incorrect pizza. I asked him if we could just get a credit for the extra money that we spent on the double decker. He refused. All we wanted was the difference we paid for what we didn’t receive. The manager was condescending and talked to me like he didn’t really care. I told him that this isn’t how to keep loyal, returning customers and that we won’t be back and he said sorry you feel that way(rudely) then hung up. If you care about your customers at all you should treat them correctly!

I love their pizza!! Thanks for being my favorite local pizza in my opinion it's great!!!
