Woodlake Tavern - Sacramento

The new atrium is great! before the outbreak of COVID-19 and in front of the inhabitants were ordered to stay at home and practice to curse place. that was it.

A few friends and I met on Thursday evening in woodlake tavern. When I came in, I thought the restaurant would be small, but young I was wrong.

We were at the Wine Symposium and wanted something simple and good. Woodlake was rated very highly in the comfort category for Sacramento so we gave it a try and weren't disappointed. We were there on $1 rib night so had to do that, along with the sweet Korean ribs and the smoked onion rings, followed by a prime rib burger that was huge, a prime rib dip sandwich and some great brussel sprouts. The atmosphere is a bit spartan, but the service is great and everyone was very friendly. The ratings were right about it being a great comfort food venue.

Great food, great service! We sat in their new outdoor atrium which was fantastic!
