Modurang Family Korean - Sacramento

The kimchi stew used to be so good here. Now its inconsistent. Sometimes way too sour and inedible. Today it was waaaay too spicy... I could barely eat it. I just picked out the tofu and the only two pieces of pork that were in it. The soup is usually my favorite but I couldnt even drink it. So disappointing.

I ordered my meal online for pickup. I live about 20 minutes away, but it was worth the trip. I was greeted when I came in. The atmosphere when walking in felt so calming and pleasant. I've got to get back to diving. You had my food ready to go. All I had to do was show them my Postmates entrance and was immediately given my food. The fried dumplings were great. The black bean noodles were even better. 10/10. Very recommended to come here

If you want to try something different in term of hotpot, you must try the Army Stew Hotpot. And that is what we are trying when we came to this place. The hotpot come with sausage, spam, tofu, mushroom, and cabbage. Also, the hotpot is served with instant noodle. Especially, in the cold weather, the spicy will bring back the hot for you. The side dishes is delicious, too. Our server is a old lady, which remain me Korean mother in those K-drama, and she is excellent. She checked us for a few time to make sure we had the best experience.

What an amazing find! Fantastic food ! I am definitely coming back very soon. The banchan was perfection. The army stew was best I've ever had. All I can say is WOW! Must go to in sacramento area.

Mom and pop owned Korean restaurant. Very nice staff and service. Extensive menu with traditional Korean dishes. Very good flavor and portion size. Convenient for big families or parties, very spacious. Some menus items can be shared between 4-5 people.
