I stopped for lunch at 1 PM on a Tuesday. It was clearly after the lunch rush, and it showed. The chicken was severely overcooked and dried out; I couldn’t even bite through some pieces.
This was my third visit to this KFC, and they managed to forget at least one item again. This time was particularly frustrating. The gentleman taking orders appeared fed up and was unfamiliar with one of the items I requested, despite it being prominently displayed on a large promotional sign. When I asked for no ice in my drink, he also seemed annoyed, yet the drink was filled to the very top. I was asked to park my car, which I understood. But when they brought my order out, it was missing an item. I went inside and was told it was all there, so I went back to check, thinking I must have missed it—only to find that it wasn’t in the bag after all. When I returned inside, the staff seemed irritated again. I just want my order—chicken, no beef. Once I got home, I realized I was only given one serving of fries, meaning I was shorted two items from the very start. How does this keep happening every time I visit? Please, get it together!
I recently tried the new BBQ Burger combo meal, and it was fantastic! Priced reasonably under $15.00, it also comes with a delicious Lemon Milkshake on Tuesdays. Highly recommended!
As a fast food employee, this is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. My mother I went here TODAY to go buy my sister Fried chicken for her birthday; we used a $12 off coupon! Only we couldn't switch out the sides, even though you can do that at literally any other fast food place, but that wasn't the issue. The issue was it didn't take off $12, it took off $5. Now considering we already couldn't switch out the sides this was not okay. I am in no way blaming the employees for the coupon not working or not being able to switch out the sides. BUT what is the issue is the fact that when we asked about the price we got no answer about why it was still so much the cashier didn't communicate that the coupon doesn't work as it says, only takes off $5. On top of all of that, after not being able to change out the sides we bought an extra side (macaroni) only to drive home and NOT HAVE THE MACARONI. Now I agree we should have checked the bags first before leaving. But overall this is not okay, and absolutely terrible service. I will NEVER be going here again.
