Griselda's Catering Event Planning

Special thank you to Griselda's Catering Event Planning she was responsible for helping me with the amazing food on our special day. They were professional, had great customer service, and the food was fantastic. My family and friends loved the food.

Griselda was such a pleasure to work with. We had her cater for our wedding in the summer and we also had her as a wedding day coordinator. She took care of our catering needs and made great efforts to make sure that our special day was the best. All of our guests told us the food tasted great. We had the tri tip and chicken as our entrees. The grilled veggies and mashed potatoes were a perfect combo with our entrees. The strawberry salad was so yummy. The meal was delicious. Throughout the planning process and the day of our wedding, she assured us that we were in good hands and that there wasn't anything to worry about. She wrote down everything we discussed and had a binder with our pictures and emails which I find very professional. We wish we can do it all over again with her. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Griselda.

Unfortunately they have been very unprofessional. We've been in contact back and forth about my wedding coming up. They never followed through. Communication is the worst. I met the owner in person, she seemed friendly, but when planning a wedding, I need someone who is on top of the communication.

I hired Griselda to cater our wedding and she was very flexible and accommodating for her menu, what services she'd provide, and she was attentive to flavors we wanted for the dishes we picked and we got a lot of compliments from our guests for how good the food tasted. The fact that she made her rounds to each table, asked if people needed anything, if they wanted seconds, and cleared plates and packaged leftovers made dinner go by without a hitch. She was amazing.

Griselda was hired for a very large event of ours . 300 ladies. she was just amazing ! i have been getting awsome feed back from everyone who attended. she made it look so easy and the food was also great for a high end tea party. i would recommend her for any event and we will continue to use her every year . her and her staff were friendly and helpful to me. i can not thank her enough for her hard work and to make this event the best it has been in years. thanks again cyndi and dr joelle jakobsen mercy medical group
