フィードバックを提供するI have a love/hate relationship with this Dominos. The LOVE part of the review is the food is usually very good and if delivered it arrives hot. So now the HATE I cannot understand why if the system shows your food will arrive in 45 minutes, thatif it is actually going to be say (no joke here) 2.5 hours why someone cannot call, send a smoke signal or notify you some otherway. Very delayed orders have happen d to me twice, and I get it you get slammed with orders. However I am just saying that Ishouldn?t have to call Ms. Cleo to look into her crystal ball and tell me where my order is. The last time this happened thefood arrived about 15 minutes AFTER I canceled the order which was for the best anyways as it was cold. You guys fix this onemajor issue and I would give you the 5 stars you otherwise deserve.
I believe her name was Sara, and she made my visit to Domino's the best ever. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by her, to hearing her shout "be safe!" to her delivery drivers, she truly stood out as an amazing employee. I wanted to leave a review to show my appreciation for her; her cheerful personality clearly keeps this place thriving! If Sara's boss happens to read this, please thank her for us. We were there on November 15, 2022, around 6 PM, and we will definitely be back!
Hugo made my pizza and Jonathan delivered it. It... Was... Perfect! For someone who is wife free and kid free for the night, that order hit the spot. To the owner. Give Hugo and Jonathan a raise. They make you look amazing. BRAVO gentlemen! You'vecreated a returning customer.
Update (using my other account to emphasize this): The main reason I'm adding this is that the delivery driver today was really friendly and delivered the order quickly. His name is Donovan, and I personally give him 5 stars! The pizza was good, but the service overall was just average, as usual.
I waited 15 minutes longer than the estimated pickup time, but still didn't receive my pizza. The manager, Ramona, misplaced my order and asked me to wait an additional 20 minutes. I had no choice but to cancel. In total, I wasted 30 minutes driving, 15 minutes waiting in the store, and 10 minutes placing the order.
