Denny's - Sacramento

This dennys is always the worst they act as if they don 't know how to process DoorDash orders or they think someone is trying to steal or scam. They keep pushing the time back for the order never completed the order and reflecting it as ready for pickup. I had to contact them to verify and after being pushed back 20 mins pass the original time she stated oh it 's already ready . Which also means it must have been sitting on the counter that long. Then the girl at the counter tried to hold the bag hostage trying to force me to sign a merchant receipt when it 's already been paid for and lied and said it was to confirm pickup. When i read it was not. There 's never consistency with this place Zero stars I have problems here every time whether DoorDash or personal which is why I avoid this location when I can

For the first time in a long while, they actually got my order right. However, don’t bother calling to report a mistake; the manager won’t return your call, and if he does, he won’t take any action. He can never seem to locate the ticket for your order. If you order from here, just accept whatever they include—or forget to include—in your bag. Good luck!

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak omelette, but it was stuffed with pot roast instead. It tasted and smelled like pot roast, which was unexpected. The pancakes were good, but that was no surprise. Overall, I was really disappointed with this order.
