Paolo Tonio - Saarbrücken

Mein Lieblingsgericht sind unangefochten die Penne alla Tonio. Salate sind spitze, Pasta und Pizza sowieso. Auch sehr gute Steaks.Bin kein Fisch-Fan, deshalb kann ich dazu nix sagen. Wahrscheinlich sind diese aber genauso klasse wie alles andere. Am besten rechtzeitig vorher anrufen und reservieren....

Wir haben im Ibis Hotel übernachtet und sind am Abend bei Paolo Tonio gelandet, weil es nur ein paar Meter entfernt ist. Zuerst waren wir unsicher, da nur ein Tisch besetzt war, doch nachdem wir Platz genommen hatten, füllte sich der Laden schlagartig. Und man muss sagen, hier stimmt einfach alles!Wir bestellten einen Insalata Casa zur Vorspeise, danach eine Pizza Speciale und Spaghetti Carrettiera, mit Steinpilzen, Thunfisch und Fleisch in Knoblauchsauce. Alles hat super lecker geschmeckt, original wie in Italien, und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist auch super. Die Einrichtung ist etwas einfach, wird aber durch das grandiose Essen dreimal wieder wettgemacht. Grazie mille

Mein Lieblingsitaliener in SB und Umgebung. Etwas versteckt, aber den Weg wert. Ich habe hier mit Freunden zum ersten Mal vor 20+Jahren gegessen, seitdem jedes Mal wieder, wenn ich in SB unterwegs bin. Gleichbleibend gute authentische Küche, netter Service. Sehr zu empfehlen.

I went here for dinner and I was surprised to find that behind the dull setting in the restaurant there was excellent food. Everyone at the table had pasta, I highly recommend the tagliatelle alla gorgonzola and the tagliatelle ai funghi porcini, one of the best I had so far. The service is excellent, the general atmosphere is that of a typical italian family restaurant. What was truly amazing that the place filled up mostly with locals, so that, by 8:30pm, you could barely find a free table. So, in not so many words, if you want to try a delicious italian meal, this is the place to go.

We went there for lunch around 12 o'clock ... My friend was recommend that , he mention 5 years ago he was always having food there . We didn't know what to expect since such a long time passed . But the owner is still the same . The food is basic Italian food . The taste was good , the timing as well . The only thing which was not pleasant was the ambience ( everything is old and tasteless designed ) . But the food and wine were good .
