Carl's Jr. - S San Diego

Not sure why there would be Santa Fe chicken wrap if it doesn't have the chili like the Santa Fe sandwich. I also had clarified that I wanted the sandwich but got the wrap. I tried the wrap to see if I'd like it. NOPE. Really disappointed in the taste, the size, and the price of it. Will stick with the sandwich.

Sometimes, when we're in a hurry or have a long day, we like to grab something fast. We've been coming to this particular Carl's Jr. for about eight years now. I'm a vegetarian with Celiac so we always get the Beyond Famous Star as a lettuce wrap, which never disappoints. Before the drive-thru was damaged by an automobile driving into the wall, we enjoyed seeing our buddies at the window. They were always so friendly and nice and felt like friends. Now we go into the restaurant and occasionally eat in or take our food to go. We still have the same excellent customer service and really appreciate how everyone genuinely loves working together and working here. In the last few years, it has been hard to find good customer service, especially in the fast food industry, and regardless of which shift we come during, we ALWAYS have excellent customer service. Thank you to all the staff here; we will continue coming to this location for years.

The drive thru is being remolded. I hope they hurry and get it done.

The drive-through was closed when we went, and the food was not what I remember at all. The milkshakes are good enough, but the burgers leave a lot to be desired. The staff was helpful, but going inside is dismal.

Professional staff.. friendly and very respectful. I wish CJ takes good care of them.
