フィードバックを提供するThe room is still in 1970s: old rust curtains, dirty old sheers, little round old toilet, paint peeling off ceiling over tub, room service tray old and beat up, light out above sink, old blankets not even professionally folded.
The worst service and hotel ever. I travel a lot for work so I am used to mediocre service and hotel rooms but this hotel is something else. One of the bed wasn't made when I first checked to my room. There were male hair on the toilet seat (i am sure it wasn't cleaned after the last guest. Hallways very dirty with garbage on the floor. Also, I am so disappointed in the service and employees. Horrible! I stayed here for 6 days and requested room service three times. Nobody ever showed up. I didn't have fresh towels, disposable cups, toilet papers, coffee, my trash cans were full. and they did nothing about it when I complained. Never coming back here. The worst experience. Don't waste your money on this hotel

The restaurant in this hotel was my favorite stop for lobster on my trip to Maine. My breakfast of Lobster Eggs Benedict was delicious. I think it probably had the equivalent of a whole lobster on it!!The staff was nice, and the rooms were large with good blackout curtains and a comfortable bed. Getting extra towels was an easy process--not like at most hotels. We were in a road trip, so didn't need to make use of the shuttle. But the shuttle service seemed to be there constantly--which would be a perk for travelers. It was conveniently located off the highway and yet still near downtown Portland!
A very disappointing hotel. They gave us a room that was filthy (beer and cigarette smell, hair in the sink and the bathtub, bread crumbs in the bed, dirty toilet). We learned from other guests that they received the same room 20 minutes earlier and asked to be moved. Somehow they gave us the same room knowing that there were several issues with it. The staff member at the front desk tried to be helpful but it was her second shift. She gave us another room where the AC was broken. The maintenance arrived quickly and tried to fix it but it didn’t work well. Also, one elevator was out of service and the other one was making a scary noise. In the morning, the person at the front desk was not helpful at all telling that the manager would call us later (which he never did). Hopefully, we were staying only one night. We are used to travel in Hilton hotels as my husband is a Honors member. It’s the first time we experience this issues and unprofessional client service. Stay away from this hotel.
