Absolutely delicious!! Love coming here to get chillers! It’s so much better than Starbucks! Can’t wait to go back to the mall and get another drink

I would give this place 20 stars if I could. I was trying to find someplace in the mall to take a Zoom call and my laptop needed to be plugged in. None of the tables in the cafe had access to a 3-pronged plug, so the person working at the cafe (who I think was probably the owner) let me set my computer up in the back room. I was on the call for over an hour and felt completely safe and welcome. I’m so grateful for this establishment taking customer service to a whole new level. Thank you.

Rom(Sorry if I misspelled it! , is one of the owner's of the Gloria Jean's Coffee place, and is always super friendly. He actually gave me advice one time on a pre-calc exam! Him and his wife make the best coffee ever, I love going to get coffee from them every time I go to the maine mall.

Went for a latte and it tasted so bad I couldn't drink it. It was pricey. Sorry GJ.

The service was great but the coffee tasted burned bad
