Livello: straordinario! La qualità della carne è eccelsa, cucina caratteristica con olio e vino della amata terra di Ruvo di Puglia. Qualità assicurata dall'esposizione delle numerose varietà di carne tagliate al momento e servite su piastra.
Il posto è carino. Il personale è gentile. Meglio prenotare soprattutto il Sabato. Abbiamo Preso antipasti molto buoni come la Tartare e delle bruschette e al banco della Carne abbiamo Scelto quali pezzi arrostire, tra braciole, fettine e polpette …e tanto altro. Buoni i prezzi adeguati all’offerta. Da riprovare.
