This is the best barbecue I have ever tasted. I served it to a group of people who thought they didn't like barbecue, and they came back for seconds!
I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful team at the Sevierville Bloomin' BBQ and Bluegrass Festival. Be sure to visit them at their next location; their BBQ is truly parmi the best I've ever tasted. They have definitely mastered their smoking technique! - Greg P.
