Kountry Kitchen - Rutherfordton

We love to eat here and drive from Morganton as often as we can. Love the pickle fries! Food is very reasonable and we always leave feeling stuffed. Highly recommended!

I'm not quite sure how to measure just how amazing the food is when you can be seated just five minutes after leaving your own chair at home. However, this is one reason why this restaurant (along with the nearby store) holds a special place in my family's heart. The prices are great, the service is excellent, and I can even overlook the limited hours because of how convenient it is for those who live west of Rutherfordton.

11/24/21 Fantastic food and excellent service! There was one waitress managing around 12 tables while also handling the register. She was incredibly patient and extremely attentive. The food and service were timely. Definitely go check them out!

I ordered the Reuben sandwich and onion rings this time, but I've tried many other dishes here before. The food has consistently been excellent, no matter what I've chosen. We typically have the same waitress, and she's not particularly friendly; we often have to ask for everything we need. However, based on the quality of the food, I would definitely recommend this restaurant—it’s really good!
