Little Caesars Pizza - Russellville

They not doing their job they not have any pizza’s ready and it’s been like that for months out of time then they have crackheads working at Little Caesars the whole team on drugs then they not have no kind of respect answering the phone they act like they at home I know I want be back

Food was good, employees were slow but I did go at night and was probably tired so can’t really fuss about

I would be giving zero stars if possible. The location of this store is dreadful. The parking lot is a torn up mess that threatens to damage the car if any driver that is not completely aware and careful. I stopped by to try and get a few hot and ready pizzas. I waited in line for my turn at the window for almost ten minutes. Then when I finally got to the window the girl inside took her time coming to ask me what I wanted. I asked to know what was available for hot and ready pizzas (I had planned on buying at least 4 pizzas and 2 orders of cheese bread). The girl informed me that all they had available was 2 slice and sticks and 2 wings. That was unfortunately not enough to feed my family of 6. She asked me if I wanted to wait until there was some ready. After the amount of time I had already spent there it was not worth it. I thought the whole point of hot and ready was to be able to show up, recieve your food, pay and leave. How do you not have anything available for your customers?

Did an online order; it wasn’t ready till 40 minutes AFTER the time the system said it would be ready. Also… while I was waiting for my order, I got to see 1st hand the type of people the have working the front register a lady seamed to be breaking down from drug abuse or her body was asking for it. With green butters sliding down her nostril!! ? Ane another dude was cursing his own coworkers and throwing them unde the bus… Disgueting atmosphere!!

Their stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni is outstanding.
