Burger King - Russellville

If I can give a negative rating I would. I arrived at 920pm waited 25 mins for a whopper meal and received it at 945pm. No refund when I asked. Was told I would get fresh hot meat for my wait. No, I want my money back so I can go elsewhere. Still sorry I can't do that. So I will be in touch with the corporate office about this. It's like no one cares anymore. Really sad as a Corporate business.

Food was awful ask for hot nuggets and fries got soggy grease after I was lied to and told they where fresh multiple issues with the same location can not add on extras to the Chicken strip wraps but can at other locations sooooo.....needs too have there cooks reevaluated!

We received our order quickly. Everything was exactly like we ordered it. All our food was fresh and tasted great!

This location is the closest to my home so we have been here quite a few times...rarely do they get our order right...food is usually cold and poorly assembled...my wife always requests no onions and there are always onions on her food...I wish they could get it together as we would give them business just due to the proximity to our home
