Primo Hoagies - Runnemede

I give Primo-Hoagies a solid 4.5 stars. They serve fantastic sandwiches and have friendly service, along with weekly promotions. However, I have to say that their new steak sandwiches don’t quite hit the mark. The furnace-roasted steak meat comes with very few toppings, which doesn't make for a true steak sandwich. So, I'd advise caution if you're looking for that. That said, their other sandwiches are excellent and definitely worth a visit!

Ordered online and had to wait 20 minutes after the quoted time. The order was not correct. Front staff a person) was amazingly nice, but could not be for the slow careless kitchen staff.

Primo Hoagies makes the best hoagies around! As a fan of turkey hoagies, I can confidently say that if a hoagie shop uses cheap turkey, I won't return. However, Primo Hoagies does not skimp on quality. They use excellent sharp provolone and high-quality turkey. It's exactly what you're looking for!

I am regular at this point and the two girls who usually work the counter know me with name. Today, I guess it was the franchise owner working the counter and service was fast as usual and the sandwiches were good as usual. The owner has commented to one of the employees that they need to set menus is all bags or they could be written on. I understand and appreciate corporate policy, but I want to give a quick advice for this person, not discipline or threat discipline for your team members before customers or customers. We don't want to see it. Especially a customer who has a high opinion about your business. Staff discipline should always be private and confidential.

I initially gave Primo's an unfair review based solely on the prices. I have to admit when I'm wrong—this place serves delicious sandwiches, and the prices reflect their quality. In today's world, if you want the best, the money spent here is truly worth it at this local eatery! Primo's is perfect for relaxing while watching a game or any time!
