J J Moons - Ruislip

This lovely pub/restaurant is located on the high street and tends to get quite busy on weekends. It definitely has more of a pub atmosphere in the evenings rather than a restaurant vibe, as people seem to rush out of the doors. The drinks are more affordable compared to other pubs, as it operates like a Wetherspoon. It's conveniently located, with the Metropolitan and Piccadilly line trains just a short walk across the road, and there are frequent bus services as well.

Affordable, lively, and a bit rustic. We spent two nights here during our stay in Ruislip. It met our requirements for quick and budget-friendly meals. The staff was friendly and hardworking. Although the place was busy, there was a pretty quick turnover of customers, so we were seated in no time.

Fantastic pub by the waterfront! The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is excellent. The food is outstanding and truly worth the price. We'll definitely be visiting again next time we're in Camden. Thank you!

Here for the JDW beer festival as it has the largest variety of beers, as far as I know. Have been here a few times in recent months, via the Piccadilly train, and have found it a friendly pub, good staff and beer, well worth visiting again and again. If it was my local it would be ideal...
