Little Caesars Pizza - Ruckersville

The pizza should be 5 meats. When I came home, I realized it had sharp paprika. I couldn't eat it. The cheese bread and the wings were good. I called several times to inform them about the mistake and nobody answered. I live for over 25 minutes.

Not a good visit.? Pizza was not cooked in the center and was very doughy. Marinara sauce for the crazy bread was spoiled and the 1 bite I did take did not settle well. Need to check food temp and monitor it closely. Hope this helps to solve the issues.

This was my first time returning to this store for some time, and you can see the change! Great new management and team that ensure that you are satisfied. No more of closing early and unprofessional staff. New staff look very professional. Definitely going to start coming here weekly! ...oh and my kids loved the free snacks given out by the new owner! Loved it!!

I think they don't answer their phone because they want people to order online. Recently we ordered online, though and drove there to find out that they were closed. Why would the website take an order when the store is closed? Other than that, I do like Little Ceasars. Fast, friendly service and the cheese bread is great!

I ordered on the app on 5/14 at 430pm. My husband drove to get it and there was no one in the store. No one has answered the phone. I finally just called the Little Caesars 1800 number to try and get a refund and I was told that they will reach out to the store and district owners to see why there is no one at the store and they will call me about getting a refund.
