Mario Bros Gourmet Pasta

I've been ordering from Mario's for YEARS. But tonight we ordered and I heard my mother give the complete order. Well, whenever we got there the lady said she didn't hear my mother order the Mediterranean Chicken Salad. She was very rude about it. SO my mother asked, ok well can we get one. The lady said it would be another 45 minutes to get one. That's not how you restaurant. FIRST, why did you get rid of the nice lady who used to take the orders? This new lady is clueless, and rude. We once ordered a pasta bolognese and she had no clue what it was, and couldn't pronounce it when she asked whoever if they had it on the menu. Learn the menu. I've worked in restaurants for many years and they should have made us the salad on the fly. 45 minutes for a salad? You're putting the order in the back of the line? Seriously? When YOU messed up. Either way, whether the lady heard my mother or not, this should have been handled professionally and not turn into a fight of who is wrong and who is right. Isn't the customer always right? Or does Mario's just lack that quality customer service? Also, we won't EVER be coming back to this place. Plus, the salad greens were all rotten (on the side salads) This place used to be so great, but is slowly going downhill. Fire the chick taking orders. You know the one, the older lady with the attitude. She's rude and not doing your business any favors. -unhappy used-to-be customer.

I've watched this place go down hill over the years but tonight took the cake I placed an order on door dash, waited the hour for my delivery and when it was supposed to be delivered they CANCELED MY ORDER so I sent my son there and they told us they only had 1 cook and were too busy to fulfill our dinner order......TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE I'VE BEEN GOING THERE SINCE IT OPENED USED TO GO TO THEIR PARENTS RESTAURANT. IVE NEVER SEEN THE SERVICE THIS BAD!

Worst food I have ever gotten from here. Thought something was wrong when a piece of my chicken marsala was 5x darker then the others and tasted like burnt oil plus the sauce had barely any flavor then the icing on the cake was the cannolis..... not only did 2 of them taste completely sour, only the very ends had barely a dollop of filling that just fell out when picked up. Horrible experience for a $60 dinner for 2...

Love this place! Every single thing on the menu is so good!!!!! From the pasta dishes to pizza and desserts! The family is perfect and can feed a family of 4-6! I recently had a small wedding and had Mario's cater the event! I received more comments about how amazing the food was than anything else. The chicken Alfredo with bow tie pasta is s family favorite for us. It would be perfect if they had delivery but it is worth the drive to pickup! They never disappoint!

Mario and his staff are phenomenal. My husband introduced me to this restaurant a few years back and we go at least 2-3 times a month, and through covid we've been ordering take out! Any food can be modified, it's cooked to order and DELICIOUS. Besides the pasta and stuffed sole, we've been trying new things there! We love the white pizza!
