Applebee's - Royal Palm Beach

So many options on the menu depend on how much you want to eat! Late evening meal of soup/seed and chicken strip salad were perfect size and delicious.

We had come back after having a bad experience, however, the manager handled the situation well and our server Lily was wonderful. The food and drinks were delicious and tasty. I hope to give the place a five star rating in the future!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday around 3pm.... You would think it would have been busy but it was empty. All the more reason for the staff on site to be attentive .. ?? The tables were all GREASY and our server didn't even bother to wipe our table down before we sat. The table was greasy as hell and the windowsill which we sat alongside was covered in DIRT and grime.... You would think the servers would clean their stations before their shift?? The food was BURNT. I didn't want to send it back because I wasn't sure whoever it was in the kitchen would not mess with it.. I never threw such money away as I did paying for this meal. The manager should be ashamed.

Can only offer a single star as I ever got served by this establishment. Arrived at 11:03am to locked doors. (signs posted 11:00am open) This is a convenient place to dine whilst receiving auto service at the very many dealerships within walking distance. “No big deal,” I thought, “there’s a bench and I’m not starving.” At 11:18, having been passed by two employees arriving, the doors were never opened and I was never welcomed in. In fact, at 11:10ish, the muzak was even turned off. My guess is this location has changed it’s hours but has not changed the signage on their front door, take away door, nor their website. I further fathom the muzak was turned off to hold the staff Rundown that happens before a shift.

The service was excellent. I had the onion rings that were delicious, served with BBQ sauce that was excellent. I ordered a steak that came overcooked and was hard. I'd rather have got the ribs. The restaurant was clean. The host who sat on us was uninterested. Our waitress turned on him. She was friendly and service was excellent. I'd definitely go back. But I would skip the steak and order the ribs.
