Kouzina Greek Street Food - Royal Oak

I’ll probably jinx it, but I’ve never had a bad meal here.Love the gyros, meat pitas. Love the feta fries. Staff is always nice. A hidden gem amongst the towering apartment buildings surrounding structures. Check out some photos, pretty sure you can tell by the photos if this is something you think you would enjoy or not.

Did this place go downhill? I always used to like it, but I probably waited about 10 minutes at lunchtime on a weekday this week.The restaurant was dead and there were two of us waiting in line. No one was saying anything to either of us. Maybe the other person ordered before I walked in? I was on a tight timeline so I had to leave to find somewhere else quicker. Very poor customer service. 3 people working and no one actually addressing customers. Yikes.

Great food in a small funky restaurant with a great vibe. There's a small parking lot which is convenient. We placed an order online and pickup was ready in less than a half an hour.The gyros and falafel bowl were prepared as ordered online, a generous portion and absolutely delicious. The avgolemono was nicely done with a good hint of lemon and a huge portion. The pita was freshly made on the griddle and mouthwateringly good with the spicy feta dip. Finally, the spinach pie swirl was a fun take on spinach pie and also delicious.

Ordered and paid online, but when I arrived to pick up my food, the doors were locked and the lights were off. Hours displayed on door indicate that they should be open. Disappointing to say the least.

Amazing experience! We took advantage of the Valetines day free delivery offer. I ordered a Greek Salad and the dressing was not included in the original delivery. But I called and not only did they immediately come back out and bring the dressing, they brought a whole bottle on the house!! Great restaurant and great customer service!
