Freshii - Royal Oak

I ordered from this restaurant through Grubhub some time ago, and the food had an odd smell that seemed a bit off. However, I have to say, their customer service is outstanding. After I made a complaint, the owner personally reached out to me, apologized, and offered a complimentary substitute meal for my next visit! She was incredibly kind, and the substitute meal was fantastic! I'm very pleased with my experience and will definitely return!

This was my first experience ordering for pickup from Freshii at this location. When I arrived, my food was already prepared, and I was warmly welcomed by the staff. I tried the Tex Mex bowl, and everything tasted incredibly fresh, which made me very happy. I highly recommend this place!

We tried Mediterranean bowl, Tex Mex bowl, chicken burrito there. super taste. Green and strawberry leaves too good. The owner made us comfortable by walking through the details and proposing changes. Will definitely recommend and visit immediately.

I tried grabbing a salad from Here expecting a healthy option. I was greated with a hefty bill and figured high quality food is worth it... high quality moldy lettuce? Don't think I would eat anything from here.

We LOVED the food! Healthy and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also have a nice little outside seating area. You?re probably wondering why only 3 stars? This is the thing: the seats are so hard you need to bring your own cushion. They didn?t mark our burritos so my husband who is low carb ate half of my sandwich before we noticed. Also they serve the soup in a 24 Oz plastic take out container which is difficult to eat out of since it is a vertical shape. The Smokehouse burrito was not Smokey at all. In fact they forgot to put the cheddar on it. Also the metal platters and metal chairs are very loud and clattering which made me jump every few minutes. Also the prices are a bit high. Having said all that I think with a little tweaking the owners could make this a 5 star place!
