Food was good, just took over 10 minutes of waiting at the drive thru after I ordered. And never got an 'sorry for the wait '
They are always out of numerous items. The owners could care less. They have zero customer service skills. The last time I was there the ice cream was melting in the containers, there was ice cream in a large puddle on the floors. I previously came in for an order and they seemed annoyed by asking for a dozen variety of bagels. Sorry for giving you business?? They have no manners, just kind of grunt at you. Customer service skills manners would go a long way here. Not sure why they chose to run a business behave like this.
We pulled up to get our coffees in the drive-thru and they had 15-20 double shots of expresso pre made, stacked, sitting in plastic cups waiting to get added to coffees for the morning (Expresso shots go bad very shortly after making them, and also hot expresso shouldn't go directly into PLASTIC CUPS!! . Will never go back, if they are cutting corners like that who knows what else is going on. I even asked the guy if they were expresso shots sitting there and he confirmed it.
The person taking my order from the drive through wasn't helpful in answering my questions regarding the donuts available. Maybe it's just this Dunkin, but the donuts were subpar at best. The Cruller and other donuts were stale. I guess I'm just used to better quality from the Tim Hortons, I will not be back. I asked if they had a Christmas donut and he said, yes a green one...not a holiday donut in my eyes. Also, their strawberry dipped with sprinkles wasn't very good looking. Sprinkles were lacking and just poor presentation.
