Del Taco - Roy

In one word: pathetic. I felt rushed in the drive thru even when there was no one behind us when I just wanted to figure out my order and especially the prices because I was on a budget. What a mistake to get a large meal when the fries (the only thing that was good because it was fresh, but even then it was oversalted) was bigger than my two fish tacos COMBINED and my drink was watered down. Not work $12 at all.

I had the worst experience at the restaurant tonight! The fries were cold, which is unusual because they’re usually served hot and fresh. I also decided to try the crunchtada, but I had no idea what it was and it was completely tasteless!

I really enjoy Del Taco, but this particular location has some issues. The drive-thru wait times are consistently long, usually around 20 to 30 minutes, and there's a curb that makes it difficult to leave once you're in line. I wouldn't normally write a review, but I found something slimy in my milkshake. I rinsed it off to examine it more closely, and I'm fairly certain it's raw chicken.

The lobby was extremely dirty, and the staff who came out only glanced at it before walking away. They seemed lazy, standing around instead of cleaning. There were also a few dead flies visible, and the bathroom was in an unsanitary condition as well.

Worst Del Taco ever. Always incredibly slow even though they get plenty of business to keep more than a skeleton crew. This last visit was the worst of all time, waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line then when I got to the window my food was sitting right there yet I waited 15 minutes and they didn't even come to the window while they were taking orders and messing with the ice cream machine. Left without my food, absolutely ridiculous even for those poor underpaid employees.
