Roxobel Grill

Initially, the food was excellent, but lately, the quality has been inconsistent. Some meals are truly enjoyable, while others are disappointing, with the meat coming out very dry and overcooked, almost as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long—plus, the flavor often seems off. I've even encountered burgers with hard, inedible spots. I would actually prefer if they raised their prices and switched to making handmade burgers. I'm not sure if it's a case of freezer burn or something else, but I believe that if a restaurant focuses on serving high-quality food, customers will keep coming back! Personally, I'm willing to pay for the quality I want in a meal. I hope they can improve things because they are genuinely nice and friendly people, and I would love to see them succeed.
