Starbucks - Rowlett

Staff was helpful. Went above to make my drink exactly as ordered. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They yell too much, got the order wrong and complain about being at work. But the food and drinks were good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

I ordered a peppermint mocha at 8:30 Was told that it would be about 10mins Waited, went to the counter to get the drink at 8:52 it was not made. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

DO NOT get the orleato drink. This is literally the worst drink I've ever had . It sure did hurt my stomach!! Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Cakepops, Frappuccino, Mocha Cookie Crumble

At approximately 7:30 pm, I was told that I couldn 't use the restroom because they were being cleaned. Keep in mind that this location closes at 10pm. I was directed to go across the parking lot to Chick-fil-A. I said, I have a long drive, and I spent my money in Starbucks..not Chick-fil-A. I was told by the young lady that it is unfortunate. I am in a Starbucks in the DFW Metroplex EVERY day. This is unacceptable, and I will make sure that I will not come to this location any time soon.
