フィードバックを提供するWe've been here twice, 1st time was told the system was down and they weren't taking orders ,then today was told they didn't have toppings for bowls..
Went through drive through around 10 am and they said they weren’t taking orders because they were unloading boxes, truck has made a deliveryI went back about 30 min later, ordered online so smoothie order would be correct, smoothie wasn’t blended, lumps of fruit and large pieces of ice. I order this exact same smoothie 2-3 times/week from different stores, it always tastes the same except for today-it was not good, I threw it away.I will keep going to smoothie king, just not this oneAdditional note: Thank you owner for responding, I would like to provide feedback but address below is not valid email address
I don't know if it's only me, but this is the first time I tried Smoothie King. Missed Jamba Juice in the west coast. Insane $10.50~ for a 32oz. What's worst was the next day, I had stomach problems for the entire day and had to use the restroom several times. I would not recommend this spot. I had the Mango something that wasn't on the regular menu.
Out of the four people working in there today, not one of them knows even basic customer service skills. I stood there for almost 10 minutes, and they occasionally looked at me, but not one person even said hello when I walked in. I was picking up a Doordash order, not a customer ordering for myself, but that is still no excuse for not greeting a person when they walk in your establishment.
The crew in there Is so awkward. They don’t greet you or say anything. They are talking to each other in the headsets. Just felt extremely awkward in there. Very weird energy
