フィードバックを提供するWe have tried this place several times and every time it seems like a new reason to not come back. They are severely understaffed and the staff they do have can't handle the pressure. The last time we were there it was an almost 2.5 hour dinner because they forgot about our food after one of two appetizers got delivered. The food is actually rather phenomenal when they actually remember to put in your order but after how the owner talked to, or rather belittled, my dad I'll never come back.
We went to Deno's last night (Thursday) and it was closed. After the horrible service we experienced a few weeks ago, I'm not surprised.
It was amazing while it lasted. I truly enjoyed the Sicilian Lasagna. Unfortunately, they've been closed for quite some time now. I miss you all!
Unfortunately, they have permanently closed! I arrived today only to find a sign on the door indicating that they are no longer in business.
Perhaps their limited hours mean they struggle to retain good servers, or maybe they don't have a proper POS system in place. Every single time, our handwritten check has been incorrect—just a total sum without any itemized breakdown. In the beginning, we simply paid the inflated amounts without saying anything. After a few visits, we started asking for a menu to tally our totals ourselves, but the servers consistently made significant mistakes in the restaurant's favor. When we tried to address the discrepancies, the servers appeared confused and unhelpful. One server even couldn't manage to provide separate checks for our table of three couples. She insisted on either one or two tickets with three people on each. We suggested she treat each couple as if they were at separate tables, and while she almost grasped the concept, she mumbled that she couldn't have three tables seated in her section so quickly. On a positive note, the food is incredible! However, I recommend ordering it to-go, although I’m still wary that the total might not be accurate.
