Chili's Grill - Rowlett

Had the Smokehouse Combo. Absolutely delicious street corn. I ever asked for a second cob. The Brisket Quesadillas were fine. Nothing spectacular nor terrible about them. Everything else about the meal was good. Service was good too.

THIS LOCATION HAS GOOD FOOD AND PREPARED WELL, GOOD SERVICE , WE?LL DEFINITELY COME BACK

If I didn't give stars. I went to dinner last night and the server needed a long time to get our DRINKS. should have been a red flag, but we drive 20 minutes after our drinks. 50 minutes passed and I notice how everyone comes and gets their food, and our food doesn't come out. The server during the 50 minutes did not even come to the table to check for us. I asked another server about our food as our server was talking to other co-workers who are careless. Come to find out the server never placed the order!! Then our server comes to the table and told my system his glitching and the order didn't get process. Didn't even apologize, the manager showed up. I brought my family to another place for dinner. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Very disappointed about the treatment we have received. It won't go again.

Visited 9/15/22 @7pm for dinnerWish I would have asked our server for her name because she was extremely friendly and had amazing service! This is how a restaurant should be run! The guy seating us was extremely nice and the food was perfect with zero mistakes. We had a group of 9 with 5 children and they handled us without a problem! Management here must be top notch!

This place is terrible fr they don 't fully cook a lot of their food and they always mess up what you want either with or on your meal then when you either ask for a new one or atleast your money back for you undercooked completely wrong topping meal they will say yeah I will a email you coupon for a free meal and literally never do it like come on man ik I may seem like a Karen but I have a food sensory problem so if it 's not what I expected I can 't eat it so at the end of the day I wasted 15$ (edit i just now saw that the cookie we bought is completely dough they didint cook it at all
