Welcoming staff, delicious ice cream, and all around great vibes. Staff were cooperative and patient with me while taking my order.

Great varieties of ice cream and mix ins. My son asks for the Cookie Jar Chaos Ice Cream Cake every year for his birthday or any special occasion. Best cake ever!

Unprofessional staff. Came in for an order, I was in a hurry and I asked how long the order would take they said 5 minutes. 7 minutes later I asked for the order again and the girl said I’m making it now. I asked her why would you tell me 5 minutes if you were not intending on making it. She said calm down it’s just ice cream, I am making it. I said there are 4 people here and she said they were in training. I asked for her bosses information and she said she was not going to give me her information and that she was going to cancel my online order. There were 4 young employees one with red hair a hispanic boy and two other girls. They were all in the back talking when I came in.I asked all of them for the managers information and they all walked to the back of the store laughing and left me by myself. Please hire professional staff, you have so many 1 star reviews, now I understand why.

Ice cream was runny and not as tasty as I thought it would be, staff didn’t greet us and were rude and also didn’t know how to scoop ice cream properly in the cone without getting it all over my hands from the scoop falling over down the cone, it’s cute on the inside though but i’m not coming back to this establishment, the prices also aren’t worth it either.
