Lucky's Chicago Style Grill

As a Chicago native, I have a soft spot for Chicago-style restaurants. When I entered, I noticed that everyone at the bar was enjoying themselves, laughing, eating, and drinking. A friendly staff member greeted me and invited me to sit wherever I liked. I settled at a table and ordered the Italian beef with fries. It had been a while since I enjoyed a good Italian beef, and this one did not disappoint. It was a generous portion and tasted fantastic. I was very satisfied. The waitress was kind and attentive, and it felt like a tight-knit community, as if everyone there knew each other. Overall, it’s a lovely place.

This neighborhood pub is a welcoming spot with friendly locals and attentive bartenders. While the food selection is limited, it's incredibly tasty. Be prepared to engage in conversation and possibly make a new friend during your visit.

The food here is fantastic! I've sampled the Santa Fe burger, Italian beef, and Chicago-style hot dog, among other dishes. The hot dog is genuinely authentic. Everything is perfectly seasoned. The staff is friendly and exceptionally accommodating. I can’t wait to return!

New management, now layout. The remodel vastly improved the interior of Lucky's. Full bar in the center with tables in the front. They still have the Chicago based menu. I got the Italian beef, wet, and it was good. Spicy and sweet peppers. The meat was cooked well and moist. Got a side of onion rings. Cooked well but very salty. Overall Lucky's is improved and I'll be back.
