B-lux Grill - Round Rock

I was disappointed with the service at the restaurant. Despite the social distancing measures in place, there were plenty of tables available. When I first arrived, I was told that it would be a 45-minute wait. However, after mentioning my reservation, they quickly found a table for me, albeit one that needed to be cleared first. While the food was excellent, the overall service was lacking, to say the least.

The food was overpriced and unpleasant. My clove and cauliflower dish arrived swimming in oil. My children's mac and cheese was soggy, and the ribs were old. My partner’s burger looked unappetizing, topped with a sad slice of avocado. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I won’t be returning.

The service was excellent, and the shakes were like works of art!

As for the service, the waitress was not particularly attentive and seemed disorganized. She took a long time to perform simple tasks, such as checking if our food was okay, refilling our drinks, or bringing the check. While the food itself was very good, the overall service left much to be desired.

Excellent service, and the shakes were absolutely spectacular!
