Hello Stranger Cafe - Rotorua

We spent the day exploring and stumbled upon this hidden gem! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the menu looked fantastic. The coffee was excellent, and the Southern Fried Benedict was absolutely to die for — beautifully presented with wonderful flavors that disappeared in seconds. I will definitely return next time I'm in town! Keep up the great work!

I joined my sister and her kids for lunch at Hello Stranger, and it was a fantastic choice! Two of the kids shared an adult-sized plate of loaded wedges, which they had a hard time finishing. Another kid had pancakes from the kids' menu, but they supplemented their meal with wedges from the other plate, so it could have been a bit larger. My sister tried the chicken waffles for the first time, and they tasted great, although they were a bit on the sweet side. My roasted vegetable salad was amazing, especially with the fantastic citrus sauce served on the side. The haloumi was slightly overcooked, but it wasn't a major issue. Overall, we had a very enjoyable lunch!

Isn't it wonderful to enter a café where you instantly feel welcome? From the warm "kia ora" greeting to the sight of staff who genuinely enjoy working together, the atmosphere is inviting. There are plenty of genuine smiles and laughter all around. The servers make you feel special and truly cared for. Both the coffee and breakfast were exceptional, and the ambiance was warm and friendly. It was an amazing experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Hello Stranger Café.

Definitely a five-star cafe. I had the keto big breakfast and it was delicious. A great cafe for all tastes. The waiting staff were very friendly and professional. My coffee came out fast followed by breakfast. I highly recommend Hello Stranger cafe.

We're in a rush, so we just ordered a few items from their keto cabinet. They are all surprisedly good. We will go back for their menu items next time we go to Rotorua
