Carl's Jr. Rotorua

We must have arrived just in time for the weekday lunch rush, as we were able to place our order before the lines began to form at the counter. The burgers did not live up to their size in the promotional photos, and the all-star meal deal was disappointing with noticeably smaller burgers. The standout dish was the Oreo dessert pot, along with the option for unlimited refills.

Every time I visit Rotorua, Carls Jr is a must for me. It's probably the best tasting fast food burger joint around. The Oreo shake is one of the best I've ever had. The burgers are juicy and delicious. Their nacho potato stack is great too (they should offer it as a fries replacement). Yes, I agree with others that the service can be a bit slow, but I think it's worth the wait. In my opinion, definitely yes! Carl's Jr, please come to Wellington.

The onion rings had too much salt. Customers should be able to add their own salt. The burger, however, was quite delicious.

Carls Jr. provides great customer service that makes you feel welcome in their restaurant.
