Saucy Roswell Craft Kitchen Cocktails

What a nice find. The food was awesome and the service was friendly and accommodating. Wish I had known they have their own parking area as Roswell parking is a circus.

Dishes that have salmon and ahi tuna are excellent. There was a couple of pasta that were too salty for our taste though. Some dishes are expensive for the size of serving. Our waitress was very good and honest; she made up for the wait and being short-staff.

My meal at Saucy about a week ago was horrible. I order a $34 NY strip and was served something that did not even closely resemble at NY strip. The steak I got was cut very thin, way over cooked, rectangular in shape and had a 90 degree angle bone. I asked the food runner and my server and they insisted it was their NY strip. The steak i received was on par with what you’d expect from a Dennys or Ryan Steak House. I felt terribly ripped off and will never return. I thought this restaurant had promise and I was sorely disappointed. I just returned from. 9 hr road trip from FL and was too tired to deal with returning my meal, but in hindsight I should have. It was a travesty.

First time there had a great experience. Food was excellent, server was great and drinks tasty. Will be going back.
