Firehouse Subs Mansell Shops - Roswell

I really enjoyed the Veggie Sub I bought. The staff were great. I could have gone next door, but decided to go where the dirty facial diapers were not worn. I was also disappointed that both the meatballs and the chicken contain pigs. Can't you do the meat without mixing it with abomination? Very disappointed by Firehouse Corporate for these decisions.

Will never order from this location again!!! Following instructions should be simple, however its not for this location. I ordered my sandwich with Cucumbers, jalapeños and pepper (salt pepper) and none of these items were on my sandwich. Not only that, it was extremely salty. If I could give no stars, I would.

I?m not a fan of toasted sandwiches to begin with so I won?t rate the food. I am giving this a three star because of a very long wait as I ordered online and sat at the restaurant for another 15 minutes waiting and the horrible smoke. The restaurant itself is very smoky, no pun intended. It was so bad I had to walk outside because my eyes were burning. I don?t know if this is a health code violation but they have fan exhaust problems big time and need to fix it. If you?re going to eat from there get it to go as you don?t want to sit in a smoky environment very bad for your eyes and lungs. Will I PU from here again? No!

Great location and great staff! I've been here twice and had always been treated properly. Even tough they are always busy, they have a nice smile on their face. Sandwich are awesome, I got no complaints on that! Only thing, is that both time I had been here, there's a lot of smoke inside the location, but, to me personally it doesn't bother me. That's the only thing I said need to be taken care of.

Best firehouse around hands down. The manager is very polite and professional. The staff reflect his leadership skills. I come here once or twice a week. The food is so good. I like that there is a versatile workforce here and everyone seems to be very joyful. ??4/18
