Custom Cakes By Liud - Roswell

My family are HUGE fans of this little gem of a place. We try to come (almost) every weekend for Cuban sandwich (the yummiest), empanadas, meat pies, a cake pop, and a cupcake. Both my girls have their favorite item. We order all our birthday cakes from here and LOVE the staff and the service. Liud's cakes are AMAZING. All the desserts are delicious we have tried just about everything here! Anna is the best and she knows All the Regulars (including my 2 daughters) by name when they come in the door. I am always fascinated by the people that walk right by and go to the CiCi's pizza next door (gross) instead of at least TRYING something yummy. I promise you will NOT be disappointed if you try this place.

We have tried their pastries twice now. We are Cuban as well, and recently moved here from Miami. Their chicken/ground beef empanadas are yummy, their Guava and cream cheese is yummy tho we wish it could have more Guava. We also tried the Dulce de leche cheesecake and the Guava cheesecake, tho both were good I'd say the Dulce de leche was better. Their staff was is always nice and professional.

This little hole in the wall come with a bang!!! Went in there to get a sandwich for someone. Went in and to my surprise they had pastries too! Ohhhh but the Creme Brûlée was PHENOMENAL!!! It was the creamiest I think I have ever had! Now I am no food connoisseur but I have had bad creme brûlée before and this one was amazing!! Wish I would have taken a picture but I ate it up!!!

A very good friend of mine brought me a Cuban sandwich and a box of pastries from Custom Cakes by Liud today and I was floored. It was the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had and the pastries were incredible. I wish I had thought to take a photo of the sandwich but I did take a photo of the box of pastries to show my husband he was jealous LOL but don’t worry there’s plenty for him to enjoy too. I definitely recommend trying this place and I hope I can go up to visit it in person sometime.

Great pastries and cafe con leche'. A lot of people ordered the Cuban sandwich..... will definitely be back
