フィードバックを提供するI was yesterday to take a cream coffee on the spot at 5:00 p.m. and I was shocked by the price and the best glass that was served to me was the shock of my life never come back home and when I asked the seller esque c for me I said yes I tell her you call it a cream coffee as if I ordered for a golden bunky baby it ended Shame really I should have asked for a refund on the spot since I settled in blue card
We came to have a family coffee, an employee came to see us to inform us that we did not have the right to consume the goods purchased from the outside, so far everything goes well the sachet was on the table but we had not consumed anything. 3 minutes later, another employee, manager I think, came back to see me saying that it is forbidden to consume goods purchased outside. I told her that I wasn't going to do it, but she's leaving and going back to the charge by stirring up a piece of legislation. I remind him that I did not eat anything and that I only came to drink a coffee, bought on site of course. That is not enough, she insists, raises the tone, implies that I lie and that she will look at the cameras to find out if I eat and if so she will appeal to the security forces. A lot of zeal for not much. In addition, the public is not warned of the presence of cameras. Indeed, the decree of July 28, 2006 imposes rules of information and signalling. Thus, in a place open to the public, anyone who is likely to be filmed by the cameras must be informed by a visible display in the form of signboards, stickers, etc. It must include: – a pictogram of camera – places under video surveillance – the modalities of exercising the right to image – all information allowing it to access the recordings and thus verify the destruction of the recordings within the time limit provided by the Security Act of January 21, 1995 . Good hearer!
I’ve always loved golden brioche but my experience of this day doesn’t make me want to come. An unpleasant and aggressive staff, the quality of sandwiches has dropped more sauce than anything else, the bread is not fresh. Small advice to staff, if you don’t like the customer relationship change business.
I was there last Saturday, ordered a hot chocolate that I wanted to drink on the spot. Very aggressive behavior from the salesman who brought me out because she said I wanted to take him away. And even if that was the case I don't see where the problem is for a customer who bought to drink on the spot, especially that it was completely VIDE. She allowed herself to talk to me in a very disrespectful way while I quietly asked her why I couldn't eat on the spot. The client who was behind me with his son also intervened in my favor and went without buying because of his behavior. Your staff is a shame!
I’ll be back to it at the moment... Aggressive behavior on the part of the sellers it’s the most often ... the other times I didn’t say anything but today it’s HONTEUX! I consumed on the spot then I wanted to take the new galette of kings with salt butter..But the seller was unpleasant and allowed himself sighs and a holala ...I asked her why her answer she snobbed us with an insolent look what shame my children were shocked! Not ready to see me again to avoid and yet there were no crowds Notify your staff so that they could do your sign and not only the brioche because I wasn’t here alone to notice today their aggressiveness and other elderly seated people were outraged by their behavior
