Atlas New World Bistro - ROSLYN

The staff is so nice, but eating is not good at all. low quality ingredients (i.e. thunfisch not sushi grade, etc) and the prices are very high. great location and ambiente. I wish they could do that right. will not come back unless food quality changes dramatically.

The waitstaff were terrific. There was a problem in the kitchen and our entrees came out very late though the salad was prompt but the service was impeccable and they made every effort to keep us informed and practically begged us to accept a drink or dessert gratis.

Hidden Gem! We stopped in for breakfast and it was amazing. We had a beautiful omelette that we could customize, and a fulll English breakfast. Wish I had taken pictures. The drip coffee is soo good. One of the best cup of coffees I have had in a restaurant in a long time. They also offer 10% off for a future visit if you bring your previous receipt. Will be back to try lunch and dinner- and remember to take pictures!

Great experience all around for Mother’s Day with the family. Very friendly staff and good food.
