Taco Bell - Roseville

Husband went inside to order at Granite Bay, CA. waited, no eye contact with the workers others walked in and they also weren't served. Walked out went to Loomis location where was pleasantly served.

Very clean pretty quick fresh food nice customer service! Not overly packed at all especially when eating inside.

They claimed their system was down for FORTY MINUTES and that they could only complete their DoorDash orders. However, I waited 15 minutes just to get through the drive-thru. I can't believe it took them that long to finish orders from 40 minutes ago. This is incredibly frustrating.

I ordered the number two supreme soft taco combo at the drive-thru. I parked in a spot to have a quick meal, but the tacos weren't the Supremes I expected. I was so hungry that I just ate them anyway. What's the point of using the drive-thru if they mess up your order and you end up having to go inside to fix it? I didn’t feel like dealing with that because I was starving and didn’t want to cause a scene. Also, I was a bit stoned at the time.

I was hoping for an enchirito, but instead I got a soft shell bean taco (no meat) with just a bit of melted cheese on top and red sauce in the middle. I was very disappointed.
