フィードバックを提供するKing’s Pizza establishes itself as a straightforward place to get meals. Food: ? The Round Pizza (customized Hawaiian tasted nice?. Zero errors with the order and everything turned out well, including well done for the pizza. They follow customer requests make it with nice toppings. Drinks are available inside for pickup/carryout in fridges. They have about 6 flavors. They were well stocked. ? Interior Service: ? Inside, has good lights. It’s fairly standard clean. By the entrance, there is a small area to sit wait. Their walls have photos posters of pizza related things. They basically sell everything under the sun. I think the side/back area where you find drinks could be better. Yet overall: I’d recommend it (at least, for the pizza. ? 4 stars Parking: Parking: Available. Enough space for people in the main lot.
DETROIT STYLE ? Isnt the sauce supposed to be on the top? Same old square pizza with their version of a detroit style crust. Waste of time
Still the award winning Pizza it 's always been, apparently foot traffic has slowed so much that they no longer offer pizza by the slice, Everything is always made to order always fresh and the service is always great, I 've been going here for 20 years and the consistency in flavor and quality has never faltered there 's a reason they 're Kings pizza.
We order from King's nearly every weekend. It's always delivered in a timely manner, it's always hot and good, and the drivers know not to knock or ring bell because my dog is a nutcase, even when I forget to put that in my order!
A couple weeks ago I ordered a 12 piece chicken meal. When I got it home the chicken was raw in the middle, completely raw! I called and they said they would refund my money. Alright but I still have to scramble to feed my family dinner now. I received a call some time later that they wanted to make it right and offer me a credit of a 12 piece next time I wanted. Okay I thought at least you were doing something to make it right. Called tonight to get that credit, only to be told by the manager that it was a mistake that they offered me the credit, we should only have received the refund or credit. So they ruined our dinner plans once again and seriously they think that food customer service is to send out raw chicken and make it better by saying hey you don't have to pay for what you can't eat!? What a joke their customer service is. We definitely won't be returning customers any longer.I'm not sure where to reply to the business wanting me to edit my review, so I replied here; under my initial response. The reason we believe the credit was deserved was because your employee called us to tell us there would be one. You even said so during the conversation; you recognized that they made an error but you should have stood by what was promised to your customers. Secondly you're acting like refunding my money was some great gesture on your part it was necessary because it was food that was not able to be consumed, it's against the health code to serve raw chicken. So as I stated before, there was no great customer service, nothing was done to try and retain us as customers, especially considering we used to order at least 2 times a month.
